$200m GEMS Education sukuk oversubscribed

A $200m hybrid sukuk offered by Dubai-based schools operator, GEMS Education, has been oversubscribed before final pricing, according to a document from lead arrangers.

Initial pricing thoughts remain at a profit rate of between 11.75 - 12% for the debut
